Dr. Pavan has expertise in identifying and developing new medicines for patients with underserved needs. He has vast experience of over 20 years and has had successful stints at Alkem, Micro Labs, MSN, Aurobindo and Optimus. His impressive qualifications include Master of Pharmacy in Industrial Pharmacy and Doctor of Philosophy in Pharmaceutics.
Aditya has proven expertise in enterprising, CRAMS Business - clinical research, CDO, CMO, CDMO, portfolio identification, go-to-market strategies, and portfolio leveraging in multiple markets.
He has over 15 years' experience and has previously worked at well-known organisations like Sanjeevani, Aizant, Evertogen, Vivimed/Finoso, Neuheit, Polisano, and Difgen. Aditya has completed his Masters in Organic Chemistry and has done Business Management at IIM Calcutta.
Narasimha Rao has proven expertise in Finance, Treasury, Commercial, Operations and Taxation.
He has over 24+ years of experience in various financial functions in the fields of Manufacturing, Realty, Infrastructure, Power, and EPC. Narasimha Rao has done his graduation in commerce, Masters in Finance and holds business management from IIM, Calcutta.
